How much do I need to spend on ads?
How much you need to spend on ads depends on your revenue targets and the specific unit economics of your business. You’re welcome to play around with our ROI Calculator.

What's the ROI timeline? When do I break even?
The system works fast. It’s common for us to get calls booked within the first week or two of running ads. Your actual time to profit depends on your offer structure and length of your sales cycle.
How do you make sure the leads are qualified?
Great question. The world is full of unqualified leads desperately trying to waste your ad budget and gum up your sales process, and we’ve spent a lot of time perfecting our process for thwarting them. We qualify the leads in 5 different ways simultaneously:
Is a simple video really going to build enough trust to make someone become a client?
No, not by itself. It’s part of a larger process that builds trust over multiple touches.
We start with the ad video, which introduces your value proposition, invites the prospect to click and opt in. Then we present your sales argument in your VSL. We continually follow up with emails. And then they get to meet you or a member of your team face to face on a Zoom call, where you discuss their specific situation and what you can do for them specifically.
Every part of the process is designed to build familiarity, build trust, and–most importantly–indoctrinate prospects on your particular method of getting them the desired results and what makes you different from your competition.
How long does it take to record all these videos?
You should be able to record everything in less than an hour.
What if I'm not good on camera?
We’ll coach you on exactly how to record the videos in the easiest way possible. We’ve got some tricks up our sleeve that make it easy, even if you don’t have experience recording videos.
Recording yourself is not an absolute requirement, but we do recommend it to all our clients, because it creates a sense of human connection and builds trust faster than words on a page or faceless video.
If you absolutely can’t tolerate the idea of recording yourself, the next best option is to hire a professional spokesman to do it for you, which we can help you with as well. It’s surprisingly inexpensive.
I've built my reputation on referrals. Will ads cheapen my brand?
Referrals are great, but they don’t offer much control or predictability. High-quality, reputable brands have been advertising for centuries, and now is no different. It all depends on how you present yourself in your ads.

What's the catch with the guarantee?
There’s no catch, but there are stipulations. We require a minimum level of ad spend, call close rate, and video turnaround time.
We set these such that if you meet all these minimums, we’re confident we can get you the promised result.
We can go over specific numbers on the call. We set these on an individual basis, based on what’s realistic given your offer economics.
What happens after the 3 months of ad management?
You own the entire process and all the assets involved. You’re welcome to continue running it yourself. If you’d like us to continue managing the ads for you, we offer continued ad management at a fixed monthly price.
What tech stack do I need? Do I need a new CRM?
We use Kartra and Calendly. If you already have a web builder, funnel software and/or CRM that you’re already using, we may be able to incorporate what you already have into our process.
Won't this stop working once everyone is doing it?
No, but it will get more difficult. Markets naturally become more sophisticated over time. If you want to stay at the top, you need to stay one step ahead of the rest of the market.
Specifically, your ads and funnel need to differentiate you from your competitors. There are always ways to do this, even in the most sophisticated markets. We've gotten great results for clients even in highly competitive markets.
My market is pretty small. Is there enough volume for ads?
Possibly. We look for a Total Addressable Market (TAM) of at least 1,000 people. That is, there are at least 1,000 people who COULD potentially be your clients.
Any less than that, and it’s hard to reach people effectively using ads.

Do I own the ads and funnel, or do you?
You own everything, and you’re free to do whatever you want with it.
